Yoga 4 Change, a leading nonprofit organization dedicated to transforming lives through the practice of yoga, is thrilled to announce its upcoming 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training program. This comprehensive training will take place from October 2023 to March 2024, combining in-person sessions in Jacksonville, FL, on weekends (Saturdays 8am-6pm, and Sundays 8am-4pm) and virtual classes every Wednesday evening from 6pm-9pm.
