Virtual 20-Hour Trauma-Informed Yoga Certification

Join us for this two-day Virtual Trauma-Informed Yoga Certification Training that focuses on best practices for teaching trauma-informed yoga.

You’ll learn: 

• The neuroscience and physiological impacts of trauma on the brain and body
• Impacts of trauma, core principles of trauma-informed care
• How to adapt yoga practices to be inclusive and empowering
• Tools to share yoga in ways that foster resilience and facilitate strength-based recovery for all.
• How to teach to specific populations such as veterans, youth, justice-impacted, and individuals living with mental health conditions.

Training Format
• 4 pre-recorded hours to be completed the week before the training (strongly recommended)
• 16 contact hours of ‘in-person’ learning
