Warren Buck
Warren Buck is the Director, Personalized Professional Learning at Center for Teaching Quality. Prior to joining CTQ, Warren served as the principal of KIPP Impact Middle School in Jacksonville, FL. Under his leadership, KIPP Impact was the highest performing open-enrollment middle school in the Northwest side of Jacksonville all four years, and was one of the top-performing schools in the KIPP network in a variety of measures, including student growth, and staff, student, and family satisfaction. Warren is also a former award-winning teacher, winning Teacher of the year twice while on the founding staff of KIPP STRIVE Academy in Atlanta, and receiving special recognition while working at Richards Middle School, also in Atlanta. Before working in education, Warren was a professional chef; working in fine dining restaurants throughout South Florida while opening several award-winning establishments. Warren is a proud University of Florida graduate who also holds a Master’s in Education from National Louis University. In his free time, Warren enjoys hiking, reading, and continuing to develop his culinary skills by cooking for friends and family.
