We are collaborating with SAGO Coffee in Jacksonville Beach, the third Thursday of every month, to bring yoga to the shop after hours. Join us for a one-hour, all levels yoga class taught by Yoga 4 Change teacher, Tony. Class is donation-based. Coffee and tea available for purchase after class.

Bring your yoga mat but if you do not have one, all good, there will be mats to borrow. Can’t wait to see you there!
