Ross Thomas

Ross Thomas is a Lieutenant in the U.S. Navy currently serving as an Instructor Pilot with Helicopter Maritime Strike Squadron FOUR-ZERO in Mayport, Florida. His board service began when his wife, Kathryn Thomas, invited him to serve on the board of Yoga 4 Change upon its founding in 2014. Ross graduated from the United States Naval Academy in 2007 with a Bachelor of Science in Political Science. He also earned a Master of Arts in Security Studies from Georgetown University in 2007 and is presently an MBA candidate at the University of Florida. He was first introduced to Yoga by his wife and still attends her classes at MBody Yoga Studio whenever he can. He is continually impressed by the discipline and self-knowledge Yoga practitioners gain, regardless of their background.
