Lynn began practicing yoga about 6 years ago. She was looking for an exercise that would be lower on her joints than aerobics. She started practicing at a studio with a Baptiste Trained instructor and fell in love with the practice.

Lynn embarked on a 200 hour teacher training because she was especially interested in teaching yoga and mindfulness to children as a way to help them better express their emotions and improve behaviors. She also took a 95-hour children’s class and is certified to teach children and adults. She works in the public school system with the exceptional education program. Her role includes supporting students who have behavioral and/or academic difficulties. She believes yoga, mindfulness, and meditation can make a huge difference in the lives of students and school staff. She currently has the opportunity of teaching yoga to students at various schools during her workday. She loves practicing and teaching yoga and feels compelled to share the benefits of yoga with others.

She is married, has two awesome daughters and 6 grandchildren. She is a teacher/educator, and a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, and a lifelong learner. She enjoys eating healthy and loves to learn about herbal medicines.
