Who I Teach:
I am a 200 RYT, I have also completed Yoga 4 Change’s Trauma Informed workshops.
I started practicing yoga in 2014. It created big shifts in my life, in my body and my way of thinking. It has taught to me to love myself in a new way and to be patient with myself, as well as others. I now teach because I want to share that impact, with others in my community. I learn so much about life and myself, through each student and class I teach.
I have been teaching since 2015 and take part in any workshops or trainings I can to help continue my growth to be the best me I can be.
